We founded Team Polymers to bring the responsiveness and personal attention of a small custom job shop back to the compounding industry, supported by the expertise and production capabilities of a larger organization.
Industry-wide consolidation has reduced the number of independent compounding options. Many compounders now prioritize high-volume, truckload-scale programs, making it increasingly difficult for customers needing custom formulations, development quantities, or lower-volume production to find the right materials partner.
